Welcome!

Welcome! This is Manchester Memorial High School's FIRST Robotics Team 238's official website! We are a team of about 35 members, based out of Manchester, New Hampshire, the birthplace of FIRST. The team has been around since 1999, after the school's first team disbanded previously. This year the team will be competing at the BAE Granite State Regional in Manchester NH on March 4 & 5.  The team also competes in smaller off-season competitions at home, in Boston, and various other areas. They will also be attending the National Championship in St Louis on April 27-30th.

More About the Team...

FIRST

FIRST, or For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology, is a program created by local inventor Dean Kamen. FIRST's purpose is to provide a fun environment to learn in, promoting science and tehcnology, learning, teamwork, and an alternative (or compliment) to sports teams for students. The Robotics Competition, which we participate in, is a high school-aged school team. We are one of over 1,600 teams across the world who participate in the program.

Team 238 Manchester Memorial High School would like to thank Land Air Express of Londonderry NH for assisting us in getting our Robot Crate delivered on time. We have had 6 weeks to build our robot to compete in the BAE Granite State Regional on March 5-6, 2010. Getting our Robot crate delivered on time is just as important as the design, engineering and building of the robot. Thank You Land Air Express of New England 37 South Perimeter Road Londonderry, NH 03053
